These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kumbang4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://kumbang4d.cam and all associated services, games, betting facilities, and promotional offers made available thereon.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Kumbang4D platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the Kumbang4D platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Kumbang4D platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling and sports betting on this Platform is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced.
• You are registering the Account solely for your own personal use and are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or when placing any bet.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, restricted, or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Kumbang4D or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether registered under different usernames, email addresses, or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are obliged to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Kumbang4D shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Immediately notifying Kumbang4D via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Kumbang4D recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure. Failure to do so does not diminish your responsibility for Account security.

Kumbang4D accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (instant bank transfer), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified on a particular promotion page.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Kumbang4D does not charge deposit fees for supported MYR payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to on-chain network fees payable by the depositing party.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2 minutes for e-wallet and FPX methods. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency confirmation times may vary.
• Kumbang4D reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where it suspects the transaction to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of real money funds (excluding non-cashable bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise indicated. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for real money balances for verified accounts, subject to individual payment method limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Kumbang4D may request additional verification if a withdrawal is directed to a different method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX. VIP Platinum and Diamond tier members receive express or instant processing. Processing times for bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals may vary.
• Kumbang4D reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk controls. In such cases, processing may take up to 3 business days.
• Any withdrawal request placed while an active bonus is applied to your Account may require that the applicable wagering requirement is first satisfied in full.

All sports bets placed on the Kumbang4D platform are subject to the following general rules, which apply in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant betting page:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by our system and a confirmation has been issued. Bets placed during system outages, price feed errors, or market suspension periods may be voided.
• Kumbang4D reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, due to a technical error or data feed malfunction — and will refund the stake to the Player's Account balance.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
• For Mix Parlay bets, if one leg is voided, that leg is removed from the parlay and the remaining legs stand at their original odds. This is consistent with standard Malaysian sports betting practice for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other supported competitions.
• The maximum payout on any single sports bet or parlay is MYR 500,000, unless a higher limit has been individually agreed in writing between Kumbang4D and the Player.
• Kumbang4D does not accept bets from players using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair betting advantage. Discovery of such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

All casino games available on Kumbang4D — including live dealer games, slot machines, 4D lottery, and table games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and available upon request.

The following conditions apply to casino game play:

• Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real money.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slot game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the Platform's server-side records. Kumbang4D's records shall be final and binding in all disputes.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may update in real time. The jackpot amount at the moment of triggering, as recorded by our system, shall be the binding figure.
• Kumbang4D reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice for technical, licensing, or compliance reasons.

Kumbang4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general conditions set out in this Section.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or selection is RM300. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without refund of stakes.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10–20%. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Check individual promotion pages for specific contribution schedules.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire 14 days after crediting. Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being voided.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain promotions are designated as non-cashable (sticky). The bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings generated from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal after wagering requirements are met.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions impose a cap on withdrawable winnings derived from bonus play. This cap, where applicable, is stated on the relevant promotion page and expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kumbang4D platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings, bonuses, or balances associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Using automated software, bots, AI tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered;
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to place bets or generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions;
• Engaging in any transaction — deposit, play, or withdrawal — that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a valid and processed deposit transaction with your payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

Kumbang4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The Account is subject to a law enforcement request, court order, or regulatory obligation;
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe following a formal request;
• Kumbang4D has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being operated by, or for the benefit of, a third party in contravention of these Terms.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Self-exclusion requests are processed under our Responsible Gambling Policy.

All content on the Kumbang4D platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kumbang4D or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use the Kumbang4D name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kumbang4D shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, including during scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages;
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or any other payment channel;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kumbang4D makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of real-time data feeds including odds and live scores.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Kumbang4D holds its international gaming licence (Curacao eGaming jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Malaysian users acknowledge that no Malaysian regulatory body governs online gambling on this Platform and that resolution of disputes must be pursued through the channels described in this Section or through our internal dispute resolution process via live chat support.

Kumbang4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via on-site notification or email to the address registered on your Account.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Kumbang4D shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
